For your check – out you will receive an appointment in the HR Office according to your last work day.
Please return the following documents to the HR office on the check-out day:
- Parking card
- Name tag
Room handover:
Please arrange an appointment directly with housekeeping for the room handover via housekeeping@7132.com or +41 58 7132 993)
Please return the following items directly at this appointment:
- Room key
- Uniforms
- Salto chip / Badge
As a reminder, we would like to list the deposits and cleaning costs for the room:
- Room deposit: One month's rent
- Key deposit: CHF 20
- Deposit uniform: CHF 100
- Room cleaning: CHF 80/hour
To avoid the cleaning costs for the room, you can do the cleaning yourself – just follow the guidelines in the attached leaflet via this link: Anforderungen Zimmerrückgabe D E
Additionally, you must deregister at the municipality of Vals, providing your new address. Please also inform us of your new address. We would like to point out that failure to deregister may cause issues with the termination of your health insurance, tax office, etc.
Please don't forget to redirect your mail (no mail will be forwarded).
Please keep the Swiss bank account open so the final salary payment can be transferred.
